The 911TLC website has a new look for 2009 and we have a new direction.

All of us here at 911TLC are instructors and are currently working full-time in the Public Safety 911 World.  This has made it difficult for us to provide the customer service that we would expect to provide to our customers.   

During our first two years, we have met wonderful professional dispatchers from all over the United States.  We have also found out just how hard it is to manage a thriving business while still working 40+ hours a week as a Communications Professional.

While our courses have been extremely successful, highly complimented and "second to none"; keeping up with the paperwork side of the business has proven to be a challenge that quite frankly we have not been able to meet.  We had under estimated the high demand for quality training and how much time goes in the business part of putting on a training course.

With that said,  911TLC remains committed to providing the highest quality training, instruction and consulting  for Public Safety Dispatchers.  However, we will be offering fewer class offerings so we can manage the paperwork and provide the customer service that our customers deserve.   Our committment to Public Safety Dispatching is not about making a profit at any cost.  We care about dispatching and we care about offering much needed training to 911 Professionals.  

We offer training that  INVOLVES the learner.  Quality courses that are provided to the agency and/or student at an affordable price.
