Customer Service for the Public Safety Professional
Learning Goal:  

The goal of this course is to provide the student with instruction to good customer service to the Public Safety customers that dispatchers serve.

This course will study good customer service,  the expectations of the customer, how we can deal effectively with emegencies and people in crisis and still provide a high level of customer service.

This course also provides all attendees with an awesome Quality Assurance program that can be tailored to specific agencies.  

Target Student Audience: Dispatch Personnel – Call Takers, Dispatchers, Supervisors, and Managers.   Also any Public Safety employee  who has frequent public contacts by phone or in person. 

Class Length: 8 hours

Tuition: Depends on the location $75 to $95
