Training and Learning for Communications
| Supervising in the Communications Center can be challenging. Whether newly promoted or an "old pro", updating Supervisor Skills is a must. This course will deal with the many roles of the supervisor. These roles include supervisor, instructor, disciplinarian, role model, subject matter expert, mentor, coach and leader. The course will examine the rewards and challenges of being a supervisor. Leadership skills will be a focus of the course, along with developing mentoring relationships.
